Trunk space is very limited in classic cars. If you have more than just two or three bags, it is a very good idea to have the luggage checked into your room PRIOR TO your wedding.
This way... you will enjoy your luxury automotive experience, without a suitcase perched upon your lap.
How are your chauffeurs dressed? Unlike many limo companies, Our chauffeurs are dressed in formal chauffeur's uniform with matching cap. Our drivers are honored to set the local standards in formal wear that matches the vintage of the vehicle you have chosen.

Are you available for weddings out of town?
At this time we are only available for bookings within 25 miles of Memphis. For Memphis/Germantown hourly rates begin at time of arrival. For pickups outside these areas, hourly rates begin after 15 minutes of travel time.

What if my rental goes over the time I have booked?
This is normally not a problem, unless your car is already booked for another wedding immediately after your booking. Overtime is billed at 1 and 1/2 times the "additional hour rate." (Minimum billing cycle is 30 minutes.)
Therefore...overtime is $250.00 for any part of 30 minutes, that exceeds your booked time. We will apply overage charges to the credit card on file with us. (One hour is not a lot of time. If you think your rental may go over...book a second hour, and avoid the stress!)
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Once we reserve our vehicle for your exclusive use, we can not market that vehicle to anyone else. Most formal car rental companies offer no refunds, however, with written 14 day advance notice we will refund your rental price, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Rescheduling of dates, times, or locations can be done, again, with 14 day advance notice, at a fee of $100.00
If you will have a food basket, overnight bags, makeup cases, cellphones, keys...etc. PLEASE make sure to have them brought out BEFORE your departure, so that your GRAND EXIT is not encumbered in any way.
