Liability agreement: renter/client understands that because our automobiles are antiques, the safety of the
passengers, and the vintage automobile, where, and how far the vehicle is actually driven, remains at the sole
discretion of the driver. No alcohol will be allowed to be consumed by underage passengers. Of course,
weapons and drugs are illegal, and will result in IMMEDIATE termination of services without refund.
Driver also reserves the right to terminate services without refund, if passengers become unruly, or act
in a dangerous manner. Undersigned renter/client is responsible for the conduct and actions of all guests
and passengers/and personal injuries or damages caused by/to same; including legal and collection fees, and
damages caused by sparklers to automobile, carpeting, or personnel, at pick up point; and agree to hold
Vintage Auto Rental, cooperating organizations, the driver, and the employees officers, directors, trustees
or representatives of any of them, harmless from all claims of illness, bodily injury, death or property
damage or loss, however caused, arising from or related to the rental of our vehicle. Client is responsible
for crowd control at pick up point. If guests crowd the automobile, driver has been instructed to move the
automobile to a distance that is considered safe. Company retains the right to refuse to escort anyone.
The Company accepts no responsibility nor will it be held liable in any way for any unforeseen circumstances
such as mechanical breakdown, punctures, accident, traffic jams or severe weather conditions. However,
should delays occur or hired vehicles become permanently immobilized due to any of the aforesaid reasons
or in circumstances beyond its control the company reserves the right to provide an alternate featured
vehicle. Company retains the rights to use photographic reproductions that include our showcars royalty-free
for web or media advertising. Balance owed (if any) including sales tax is payable at the completion of the
rental term. Once we reserve our vehicle for your exclusive use, we can not market that vehicle to anyone
else, thus, there is a 14 day WRITTEN cancellation or rescheduling policy INCLUDING A $100 FEE for
either. Receipt of these terms, and the charge of your credit card, implies acceptance of same by renter.
Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Booked time, for out of area pick ups, begins after
15 minutes of travel time. Out of town destinations are assessed 20 minutes per hour booked.

Overtime is billed at $250 for any portion of 30 minutes; and $500 for any portion of between 30 minutes
to one hour. Sparklers, or incinerary devices of any kind, are expressly prohibited under any circumstances.  Automobiles can not be decorated in any way. If a passenger becomes ill in our automobile, client will assessed a minimum of $200 clean-up fee. Because of dangerous traffic conditions, DOWNTOWN DESTINATIONS after 9:30 PM (other than those to the Madison Hotel, River Inn, or Harbor Town) will only be considered, if they accompany an earlier/additional booking from the wedding site to the reception site.
